Torta ‘Ruska kapa’ 🍰 The Russian cupcake (cake)

*Za recept na srpskom, idite još malo dole (nakon fotografije 3). 
*Note: Ingredients listed are for a small pan. (width about 13cm.) Also note, that, the finished cake layer from 1 pan is going to be cut (divided) in 3 parts.

↠Ingredients: 

Cake batter:

8 eggs
400g crystal sugar
8 tbsp water
2 tsp cocoa
250g flour 
1 x small package of baking powder (approx. 10g) 

Filling (cream) 

1/2 L milk
6 tbsp flour
250g  margarine (butter) 
250g powdered sugar 


Cake batter :Whisk the egg yolks very good, and gradually start adding sugar. Add water, cocco, and then whisk some more. Gently add flour & baking powder, and then merged with spoon.
Separately whisk the egg white real good, and then gradually add it to the batter mixture.

Now, put the mixture in pre oiled, and flour covered pan, and bake on 180 degrees for about 40 minutes (depending on pan's size).  When backed,  wait for it to cool off, and cut (divide) it in 3 parts.

Cream / Filling : In 1/2 L milk, add 6 tbsp flour and cook it. When cooled off, add in it the mixture of whisked margarine (butter) and powdered sugar. Merge all and fill on! :) 

Frosting: is made out of chocolate and coconut.

*Opaska:  Sastojci u ovom postu su namenjeni za malo pleh (oko 13cm) . Takođe, dodatna opaska, kora torte će kasnije biti podeljena/isečena u tri dela.

↠Sastojci: 

Kora torte: 

8 jaja,
400g kristalnog šečera,
2 kafene kašičice kakaoa
250g brašna,
1 x kesica praška za pecivo (oko 10g)

Fil: 

1/2 L mleka,
6 kašika brašna,
250g margarina (butera),
250g šećera u prahu 


Kora torte: Penatso umutiti žumanca, postepeno dodajući šečer. Dodati vodu, kakao i još malo promutiti. Zatim, lagano dodati brašno i prašak za pecivo, i sjediniti kašikom.
Posebno umutiti belanca u čvrst sneg, a zatim postešemp umešati u smesu.

Konačno, sve uliti u nauljen (podmazan) i brašnom posut pleh, i pei na 180 stepeni, oko 40 minuta (u zavisnosti od veličine kalupa). Nakon što se kora ispeče, sačekati da se ohladi, a zatim je iseći/podeliti u 3 dela,

Fil: U 1/2 L mleka, dodati 6 kašika brašna i skuvati. Nakon što se ohladi, dodati smesu od umućenoh margarina i šečera u prahu. Sve sjediniti i fulovati.

Glazura: od čokolade i kokosa
